Hayda Ali, BT

Hayda Ali joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She has a passion and compassion towards children and their families. She started her journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the age of sixteen, thanks to her mom, who has always encouraged her to follow her mind and heart to not only do the best for herself, but for others as well. Hayda hopes to bring positivity and enthusiasm into The SEED Center each and everyday!

Josiah Kabemba, BS, BT

Josiah Kabemba joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician! Josiah graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. After completing a post-bacc program at Temple University for Pre-Health, he plans on taking his MCAT in the near future with dreams of becoming a pediatrician. Josiah has an extensive background in childcare with experience working as a pre-school teacher, special needs counselor, and a summer camp group leader. Josiah is very excited to join The SEED Center and further his experiences working with children! 


Zenisha Ashley, BT

Zenisha Ashley joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is a very creative, artistic and generous person. She is the oldest of 7 siblings and of 18 cousins. Zenishas life has been centralize around nurturing, teaching and helping the younger children around her grow and express themselves adequately and in a respectful way. She is overly excited to become a part of The SEED Center team and continue to help children grow and blossom into the wonderful people they are! 


Shyle Triolo-Rodriguez, BS, BT

Shyle Triolo-Rodriguez joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. He received his B.S. in Psychology from Sacred Heart University. Shyle is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and brings a strong understanding of human behavior and development from his background in psychology. His experience as a teacher’s aide has equipped him with valuable skills in supporting children’s growth in both academic and social settings. Shyle also wishes to continue his education in hopes of achieving his master’s degree in psychology.


Destini Crockett, BT

Destini joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She has experience working with kids and comes from a background of taking care of children. She likes a fun and challenging work environment and tries to make the best out of every situation!


Matthew Cho, BA, BT

Matthew Cho joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Connecticut. He developed a passion for working with children after shadowing a school Psychologist for a project. He strongly believes in the practice of patience, and hopes to use his time at The SEED Center to help support and improve the lives of children and families.


Roniqueka Wilson, BT

Roniqueka Wilson joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She has attended Gateway Community College as a radiology major and plans on furthering her education. Childcare is a very high passion of hers, she has worked a number of years as a babysitter. On her free time she enjoys nature, the arts, and has an interest in cinema and catering. She wishes to further develop her capability to help those in need.


Yanee Laboriel, BT

Yanee joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is very passionate about working with children. Her experience at daycares has allowed her to create lasting relationships with families over the years. Currently, Yanee is a student at Lincoln Tech for Medical Assistance. Her goal is to work in pediatrics care.


Elijah Jennings, BA, BT

Elijah Jennings joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. He  recently graduated from the University of Connecticut with his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He worked as a summer counselor at the New Canaan YMCA and worked to help kids achieve their goals and express their love for sports. Elijah plans on pursuing his Master’s degree in the future. He’s passionate about helping others and being able to provide more change within the community.


Jason Charles, BS, BT

Jason Charles joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. He received his Bachelor’s in criminal Justice with a concentration in crime analysis from the University of New Haven. He works as a manager at Skyzone Norwalk, having experience working with children of all ages, including kids who have specific sensory needs, through their sensory hour program. He spent his internship at Pivot ministries in Bridgeport, which was a religious based, community health center/halfway house. He loves to spend his time giving back & aiding the community in whatever way he’s able. Jason has always had an interest in psychology & therapy. He’s patient, open, considerate, honest & always willing to listen. He’s hoping to make the SEED center The foundation for this new chapter in his career!
