Madison Blinoff, BT

Madison Blinoff joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is currently a rising junior at Villanova University, where she is pursuing a BA in Psychology with a strong interest in child development. Madi has experience working with children in a variety of settings, including day camps, schools, and after-school programs. Most recently, she completed an internship at a therapy center in Singapore that specializes in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. During her time there, she gained foundational experience in implementing therapeutic strategies and observing practices in behavioral therapy. Her experiences have strengthened her understanding of children’s diverse needs and inspired a commitment to creating inclusive, supportive environments. She is passionate about empowering children with developmental differences through compassionate, individualized care.


Paola Castro, BT

Paola  Castro joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She will be graduating with her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University in the following year. She has experience working as a respite program counselor, a daycare assistant teacher and a pediatric dental assistant. She is passionate about being a nurturing, empathetic, and supportive role model for children. She aspires to become a School Psychologist in the future. She is very excited to embark on the new journey that is ABA and is committed to make a positive difference in children’s lives by becoming an RBT!


Emily Colino, BT

Emily Colino joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is currently pursuing a double major in Criminology and Human Services & Community Justice at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Emily is passionate about helping others and has a strong interest in social work. She is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to growing both personally and professionally at The SEED Center.


Jesenia Garcia, BT

Jesenia Garcia joins the SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. With over 11 years of experience in the field, Jesenia’s journey began at home, supporting and caring for her brother, which ignited her passion for helping others. She later transitioned into professional roles, including the past three years working as a paraprofessional with the Board of Education. Jesenia is currently pursuing her degree in Mortuary Science at Goodwin University, working toward her license as a Mortician. Her commitment to serving others extends across every aspect of her life, from supporting children and families in overcoming challenges to ensuring that every voice is heard and respected. Throughout her time in the field, Jesenia has developed a deep understanding of the importance of patience, empathy, and consistent support. She continues to bring warmth, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to every interaction, and she looks forward to making a positive impact at The SEED Center. 


Kabir Kalia, BT

Kabir Kalia joins the SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. Kabir is currently studying Neuroscience and Psychology at Syracuse University, with the goal of becoming an MD. He has a strong passion for working with kids and is committed to helping them grow and reach their full potential. Kabir has gained valuable experience in various roles, including teacher, camp counselor, and coach, which have deepened his understanding of child development and support. He is beyond excited to be part of The SEED team and looks forward to contributing to the progress and well-being of the amazing children at the center.


Lesly Llerena, BT

Lesly Llerena joins the SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is passionate and compassionate about children, working alongside families to empower them with the necessary resources and education. She began her career as a Babysitter, gaining 10 years of experience working in the childcare world. Thanks to her parents, who have always instilled in her the respect to do the best for my neighbors and help my community. Lesly hopes to bring positivity and enthusiasm to The SEED Center every day, giving her all!


Zaynub Kadri, BT

Zaynub Kadri joins the SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology through the University of Connecticut, with future plans of obtaining a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Zaynub worked with kids aged 0-12 at Stepping Stones Museum for Children, based in Norwalk, CT, for over two years. She always looks for innovative and engaging ways to enforce social-emotional wellness, including puppetry and taking inspiration from different aspects of play therapy. Zaynub is excited to continue her journey of working with children and helping make a difference every day!


Paula Mejia, BS, BT

Paula Mejia joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician, has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the Latin University of Costa Rica, specializing in children. Paula has over 5 years working with children and adults with cognitive diversity.


Mary Chobanyan, BS, BT

Mary Chobanyan joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She holds a dual degree in Psychology and Public Health from Florida State University. Mary has experience working with individuals with autism through her previous roles as a summer camp counselor and an intern abroad at a school, in Armenia. She is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive environment that helps children thrive socially and emotionally.


Sabrina Galvan, BT

Sabrina Galvan joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is in progress of completing her BA in Psychology at SUNY Purchase College. She plans to pursue her masters degree in School Psychology in the future. Sabrina is bilingual. She enjoys helping, working with children and is excited to make a difference at the Seed Center.
