Isys Bartley-Moran, BT

Isys Bartley-Moran joins The SEED Center with six years of experience in child care. Her background includes working as both a babysitter and a daycare teacher, supporting children of various ages and needs. She is currently expanding her skills in helping children learn and grow through evidence based strategies. Isys is pursuing an associate’s degree in Social Work, allowing her to continue developing her understanding of human behavior, support systems, and community resources. She has a genuine passion for helping others and truly enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life. The goal is to create a positive, encouraging environment where every person feels supported, valued, and empowered to grow!


Giselle Ferron, BT

Giselle Ferron joins the SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. Giselle is currently studying Criminal Justice at Monroe University to become a criminal justice lawyer with a psychology minor. She is a very outgoing young woman with a great personality. Giselle has a big heart for others especially the youth which stems from her 2 years experience working at a daycare. She is currently joining this wonderful team to expand her knowledge and skills of working with amazing people including kids. Giselle hopes to be a strong and successful Behavior Technician here at The SEED center. 


Aicha Oualla, BT

Aicha Oualla joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. Aicha is a student at University of Connecticut and is currently studying Neuroscience, she is passionate and driven and has worked with children in the past in various capacities, such as volunteer opportunities and used to be a tutor at Kumon. She is deeply excited to be a part of the team!


Shamiya Lee, BT

Shamiya Lee joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician, bringing her genuine passion for working with children. Her early experiences working with kids during high school inspired her to continue in this field and deepened her desire to make a difference in their lives. Her long-term goal is to work in pediatrics, where she can continue helping children grow and thrive.


Sadia Campbell, BS, BT

Sadia Campbell joins The SEED center as a Behavior Technician. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Development and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Sadia has experience implementing ABA treatment plans, supporting children with autism, developmental disorders, and behavioral challenges, and collaborating with BCBA’s and families to encourage positive growth. She is passionate about child advocacy, cultural awareness, and helping each child reach their full potential. 


Madison Blinoff, BT

Madison Blinoff joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is currently a rising junior at Villanova University, where she is pursuing a BA in Psychology with a strong interest in child development. Madi has experience working with children in a variety of settings, including day camps, schools, and after-school programs. Most recently, she completed an internship at a therapy center in Singapore that specializes in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. During her time there, she gained foundational experience in implementing therapeutic strategies and observing practices in behavioral therapy. Her experiences have strengthened her understanding of children’s diverse needs and inspired a commitment to creating inclusive, supportive environments. She is passionate about empowering children with developmental differences through compassionate, individualized care.


Paola Castro, BT

Paola  Castro joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She will be graduating with her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University in the following year. She has experience working as a respite program counselor, a daycare assistant teacher and a pediatric dental assistant. She is passionate about being a nurturing, empathetic, and supportive role model for children. She aspires to become a School Psychologist in the future. She is very excited to embark on the new journey that is ABA and is committed to make a positive difference in children’s lives by becoming an RBT!


Emily Colino, BT

Emily Colino joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is currently pursuing a double major in Criminology and Human Services & Community Justice at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Emily is passionate about helping others and has a strong interest in social work. She is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to growing both personally and professionally at The SEED Center.


Jesenia Garcia, BT

Jesenia Garcia joins the SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. With over 11 years of experience in the field, Jesenia’s journey began at home, supporting and caring for her brother, which ignited her passion for helping others. She later transitioned into professional roles, including the past three years working as a paraprofessional with the Board of Education. Jesenia is currently pursuing her degree in Mortuary Science at Goodwin University, working toward her license as a Mortician. Her commitment to serving others extends across every aspect of her life, from supporting children and families in overcoming challenges to ensuring that every voice is heard and respected. Throughout her time in the field, Jesenia has developed a deep understanding of the importance of patience, empathy, and consistent support. She continues to bring warmth, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to every interaction, and she looks forward to making a positive impact at The SEED Center. 


Kabir Kalia, BT

Kabir Kalia joins the SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. Kabir is currently studying Neuroscience and Psychology at Syracuse University, with the goal of becoming an MD. He has a strong passion for working with kids and is committed to helping them grow and reach their full potential. Kabir has gained valuable experience in various roles, including teacher, camp counselor, and coach, which have deepened his understanding of child development and support. He is beyond excited to be part of The SEED team and looks forward to contributing to the progress and well-being of the amazing children at the center.
