Teyah Jerry, BT

Teyah joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She has always been passionate about working with children and is dedicated to making a positive impact on their lives. With experience assisting young children and babies during Sunday school, she is comfortable engaging with children of various ages and creating a nurturing environment. Teyah has received education at Stony Brook University and is continuing her studies at John Jay College of Criminal Justice as a forensic psychology major. She is deeply committed to helping others and aspires to grow in the field of therapy, providing care and guidance to those in need.


Eva Carrasquero, BFA, BT

Eva joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician, and is so excited to be a part of this wonderful team. They graduated with a B.F.A. in Musical Theater from Molloy University/CAP21 and have a passion for bringing joy and fun to those who need it. Through their theater work they became a member of EPIC Players, a theater company in New York City that works to bridge the gap between Neurotypical and Neurodiverse actors and gives people with disabilities a platform to be themselves and perform. This work inspired them to pursue a career in Special Education and they are pursuing their Masters in Educational Psychology at UCONN. They have worked with kids their whole lives, and are so excited to meet your little ones and help remind them how wonderful, special and incredible they are.  


Hayda Ali, BT

Hayda Ali joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She has a passion and compassion towards children and their families. She started her journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the age of sixteen, thanks to her mom, who has always encouraged her to follow her mind and heart to not only do the best for herself, but for others as well. Hayda hopes to bring positivity and enthusiasm into The SEED Center each and everyday!

Josiah Kabemba, BS, BT

Josiah Kabemba joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician! Josiah graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. After completing a post-bacc program at Temple University for Pre-Health, he plans on taking his MCAT in the near future with dreams of becoming a pediatrician. Josiah has an extensive background in childcare with experience working as a pre-school teacher, special needs counselor, and a summer camp group leader. Josiah is very excited to join The SEED Center and further his experiences working with children! 


Zenisha Ashley, BT

Zenisha Ashley joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is a very creative, artistic and generous person. She is the oldest of 7 siblings and of 18 cousins. Zenishas life has been centralize around nurturing, teaching and helping the younger children around her grow and express themselves adequately and in a respectful way. She is overly excited to become a part of The SEED Center team and continue to help children grow and blossom into the wonderful people they are! 


Shyle Triolo-Rodriguez, BS, BT

Shyle Triolo-Rodriguez joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. He received his B.S. in Psychology from Sacred Heart University. Shyle is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and brings a strong understanding of human behavior and development from his background in psychology. His experience as a teacher’s aide has equipped him with valuable skills in supporting children’s growth in both academic and social settings. Shyle also wishes to continue his education in hopes of achieving his master’s degree in psychology.


Destini Crockett, BT

Destini joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She has experience working with kids and comes from a background of taking care of children. She likes a fun and challenging work environment and tries to make the best out of every situation!


Hope McCarthy, BA, BT

Hope joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston and plans to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy. She has experience working as a one-to-one aide and in various educational and therapeutic settings. Hope is excited to be part of The SEED Center team and support children in their growth and development!


Kadesha Bowley, BT

Kadesha joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She has over 6 years of experience in healthcare and has worked as a senior counselor with adults in a mental healthI/ substance abuse program. Kadesha is currently  pursuing an associate degree in Psychology and is excited to build new relationships, and make a meaningful contribution to the community!


Brianna Allen-OConnor, BT

Brianna joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is currently in school to gain her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and excited to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Social Work. She has worked in hospitality for the last 10 years and has childcare experience from being a Camp Counselor and Swim Instructor. Brianna is looking forward to learning more and happy to join the team!
