Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

At The SEED Center of Stamford, our autism treatment center provides comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to support children with autism in achieving meaningful, measurable progress. ABA therapy is an evidence-based approach that focuses on building communication, social, adaptive, and self-help skills critical for everyday life. Our programs include both center-based ABA therapy and home-based ABA therapy, allowing families to choose the setting that best fits their child’s needs and lifestyle. With highly trained Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), our child autism services use individualized plans to help children grow in confidence and independence in environments where they feel most comfortable and supported.

Parent Training

Parent Training at The SEED Center is an essential part of our child autism services that empowers caregivers with the skills and knowledge to support their child’s development beyond therapy sessions. Recognizing that parents and caregivers play a pivotal role in generalizing learned behaviors, our training focuses on practical strategies rooted in ABA therapy principles. These sessions help families confidently manage daily routines, reinforce positive behaviors, and foster meaningful interactions at home. By equipping caregivers with evidence-based tools and approaches, we extend the impact of ABA therapy into everyday life, helping to strengthen family connections and enhance long-term outcomes for children with autism.

School Consulting

Our School Consulting service supports schools and educators in creating inclusive, effective learning environments for students with autism and related challenges. As part of our child autism services, The SEED Center’s experienced consultants work closely with school personnel to develop programs, behavior intervention plans, and best-practice strategies that align with research-based methodologies such as Applied Behavior Analysis. We aim to enhance academic and social success by building school staff confidence, refining instructional approaches, and ensuring compliance with education standards. Through tailored training and collaborative support, we help schools better serve students with autism, reduce the need for out-of-district placements, and promote positive outcomes in the classroom and beyond.
