Troy joins The SEED Center as a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He received his BS in Psychology and MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southern Connecticut State University. He has worked as a behavior specialist in an elementary school setting the past three years, providing ABA- based instruction to students age 6-10 with developmental delays and challenging behaviors. Troy is excited to continue working with this population at The SEED center, as well as collaborating with peers and other professionals to expand his practical skills and continue to impact the lives of individuals he serves in a socially significant and long-lasting manner.
